The Costco Food Court Menu in Mexico is very similar to the one in the US.
The biggest difference you will notice besides jalapenos on the hot dog, is the pricing.
With a current exchange rate of 17 Pesos to 1 Dollar, the prices look astronomical to those of us in the US.

Costco Food Court Mexico Hours
Hours will vary from location to location, but most Costco Food Courts in Mexico are open from 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
I’ve also found that most Costco locations open for business a bit earlier than their marked hours.
So if they say they don’t open until 10:00 A.M. they may be open if you arrive a bit earlier at 09:45 A.M.
