The Costco Food Court Menu in Mexico is very similar to the one in the US.
The biggest difference you will notice besides jalapenos on the hot dog, is the pricing.
With a current exchange rate of 17 Pesos to 1 Dollar, the prices look astronomical to those of us in the US.
But exchange rates aside, there are many of the same offerings. Here is Costco food court’s full Mexican menu:

Costco Food Court Mexico Hours
Hours will vary from location to location, but most Costco Food Courts in Mexico are open from 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
I’ve also found that most Costco locations open for business a bit earlier than their marked hours.
So if they say they don’t open until 10:00 A.M. they may be open if you arrive a bit earlier at 09:45 A.M.

There are a few menu items not on the Costco food court menus in Mexico.
Currently, they are the Ceasar Salad, Roast Beef Sandwich, and the new Double Chocolate Chip Cookie.
What Costco food court menu items are in Mexico, but not the US?
All of the food court offerings on the Mexican menu are the same in the US.
However, in Mexico, they do offer jalapenos and onions as hot dog toppings.
And now that they’ve discontinued the Twisted Churro in the US, it is only available in Mexico (as far as we know).
Is the Costco Hot Dog $1.50 in Mexico too?
Yes, Costco is attempting to keep the Costco hot dog’s famous $1.50 price point in Mexico.
It is currently 30 Pesos in Mexico, which is equivalent to $1.76 in the US.
The actual US dollar amount will fluctuate a bit based on the exchange rate.
